However, there may be rare occasions where dispatch takes slightly longer due to unforeseen circumstances, such as higher demand during trending seasons like Ramadan or Eid.
Next-Day Delivery
For customers selecting next-day delivery, we strive to meet the promised timeframe. While we prioritize next-day shipments, please note that it is not always guaranteed, as occasional delays may occur with our couriers. We will always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
- Expected delivery time: within 24 hours from dispatch date (subject to courier availability).
Standard Delivery
For standard delivery, your order will generally arrive within 2 days. On rare occasions, it may take up to 3 days, depending on external factors.
- Expected delivery time: 48-72 hours from dispatch date.
International Shipping
For international orders, delivery times will depend on your location. Typically, international orders will arrive within 5 working days.
- Expected delivery time: 5-7 working days from dispatch date.
- Please be aware that customs charges may apply, and it is the responsibility of the customer to cover these charges. Customs fees typically amount to around 10% of the order value, though this can vary by country.
Lost International Parcels
In the unfortunate event that an international parcel is lost during transit, please note that we are unable to assist directly from our end. Customers will need to contact the courier directly to resolve any issues related to lost packages. We recommend keeping track of your parcel using the tracking information provided at the time of dispatch. We use trusted and reliable couriers.
For any missed deliveries, we use Royal Mail for all our deliveries. If you miss the delivery of your parcel, you will need to contact Royal Mail directly to arrange redelivery or collection. Please visit their website for more information.

- Weekend Deliveries: Some couriers do not operate on weekends, so orders placed with next-day delivery on Saturdays will be delivered on the next available working day.
